Customer Identity

This service is offered to anyone residing in the Philippines. The CDO Samba Promo is available and may only be used by entities who can legally be involved in a binding contract.

CDO Samba reserves the right to use any given information about a registered user for contacting purposes in case that the user has been chosen as a winner for the raffle promo.

Entry

Interested participants are only required to register for the CDO Samba Promo. All registered users are automatically qualified and eligible to one (1) raffle for the promo, provided that they fill in the correct and necessary information being asked. Otherwise, the entry will be made null and void.

Additional methods to increase a participant’s chance of winning the raffle room is by a fan of CDO Samba via Facebook and/or sending invites for friends to join the promo. Each action is equivalent to one (1) raffle to be included in the promo.

Only a maximum of three (3) raffle tickets will be given to each user, but each user will only be able to win once.

Raffle

The promo will start on October 5, 2009 and will end on November 5, 2009. The electronic raffle draw will be held on November 6, 2009. Three (3) winners will be chosen randomly via electronic draw and will each be receiving a 2nd Generation iPod Touch 16GB. The winners will be contacted through email and phone call for notification within the day of the raffle draw. Winners will be announced and posted at the CDO Samba website on the following day after the raffle.

Claiming of Prizes

Winners will be instructed personally on how they can claim their prizes.
